Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. These can vary from depression to anxiety to specific mental disorders, but they all affect us in some way.

Because of Covid, we have spent over a year being separated from the people we care about and from the outside world, which has had a damaging effect on a lot of people’s health. That’s why it’s so important, now more than ever to focus on how we as a society can have a positive impact on ourselves and others.

We asked our Allstaff team their top tips when dealing with their own mental health, in the hopes, it can help you or someone close to you that may be suffering.

Everybody’s unique and different, and so is their Mental Health – one size does not fit all. As such these tips may not work for you. However, there are always people out there wanting to help.
