Hours: 6:00pm – 6:00am, 3 nights per week on a weekly rota including weekends

As the Manufacturing Shift Manager – Nights your role will involve the following important duties:
- Manage all operations to ensure KPI’s targets and business objectives are met.
- Organise and lead Team Leader meetings.
- Review and develop continuous improvement.
- Responsible for yield improvement and non value-added process reduction.
- Ensure correct manning levels, holiday cover where applicable and identify cross-functional training needs.
- Ensure appropriate levels of multi-skilled colleagues and organise shift cover when required.
The experience required…
As a successful Manufacturing Shift Manager – Nights you will have the following:
- At least 5 years’ Management experience within a manufacturing environment managing teams and production.
- Experience working in a FMCG / manufacturing / high volume production environment.
- Proven knowledge of Continuous Improvement & Lean Principles.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be ideal.
- Strong IT Skills with intermediate Excel.
- Good organisational and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
