Rebecca “Bex” has over 15 years of Recruitment experience within the Education, Health & Social Care and Sales sectors. She started her recruitment journey working in a more traditional Recruitment setting, promoting and advertising vacancies for her clients in the local paper!

Rebecca joined Allstaff back in August 2021 where she is responsible for covering all recruitment needs within the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire area – and the office coffee rounds!

Rebecca is very much a people person, who enjoys nothing more than building relationships with her candidates and clients. She takes pride in gaining a thorough understanding of her Client’s needs to be able to find the best candidates for them and their roles. She finds recruitment very rewarding, especially when she is able to help someone secure their dream job!

on a personal note…

Bex is an excellent baker, her lemon drizzle cakes and brownies are a “taste sensation”. Don’t ask her to bake you anything with beetroot in it though as she has an irrational fear of them! She’s big on family and loves spending her spare time with them or laying horizontal on a sun lounger somewhere hot.
