Role: Operations Manager

Team: Bedford/MK

Alison has over 10 years of Commercial Recruitment and Managerial experience. She specialises in Sales and Operations and is responsible for all things business development and driving our Allstaff team to consistently deliver excellent customer service and achieve our targets. She enjoys setting goals and just going for them!

Alison loves building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring that all their recruitment needs are met. She is very hands-on, always opting for a proactive approach, regularly visiting clients to see first-hand the culture and atmosphere on site!

On a Personal note…

Alison loves spending her free time with her friends, family or her new little kitten Max. When she’s not at work she can be found either at a nice restaurant, cinema or at the theatre with a nice glass of bubbly or tea at hand! She looks forward to going on nice sunny holidays and topping up her tan.
