Alison “Ali” has worked in the Construction sector for over 15 years. She previously owned her own business and specialises in Business Management, Recruitment and Sales.

Ali joined Allstaff in June 2022 as part of our Milton Keynes team where she is not only responsible for recruitment but also entertaining the office with her singing!

Ali loves nothing more than being able to help find candidates their dream job, getting that perfect match between her candidates and clients! She puts her candidates’ and clients’ needs at the heart of everything she does and takes pride in consistently providing a personable and excellent service.

on a personal note…

Ali is a very sociable person and loves spending time with her friends and family at her family’s farm, local pub or restaurant. If she’s not out and about, she can be found at home binge-watching boxsets! She is a very charitable person and often makes hampers to donate to raffles to help raise money for local charities.
