Workshop Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a 12 month fixed term basis. 

Summary of the Workshop Administrator role 

Salary: Up to £26k
Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: 12 month fixed term 
Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday  

Responsibilities of the Workshop Administrator

  • General office duties
  • Monitoring and checking of timesheet and expense sheet
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Organise hotels and travel arrangements
  • Opening new job processes 
  • Pro-actively contribute to departmental meetings.

Requirements for a successful Workshop Administrator

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry
  • Good communication both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Flexible approach to work.
