We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Telesales Executive role
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + Bonus
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive
- Develop new and existing relationships by prospecting (outbound) selected and allocated accounts
- Office point of contact for sales enquiries and product information requests
- Conduct market research
- Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s needs
- Identify potential customers and new business
- Maintain CRM system – updating, cleansing and order processing
Requirements for a successful Telesales Executive
- Experience of telesales or telemarketing
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good level of numeracy and ability to interpret sales data
- Industry knowledge of the dental or medical sector
