Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Milton Keynes for a well-established technology company.

The role…

As a Customer Service advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Interacting with customers to deliver pre-sales and post-sales support by providing 1st call resolutions for the majority of customer queries, owing the resolution of complex cases and resolving customer complaints with the aim to deliver increased customer loyalty.
  • Responding to and processing customer requests in a timely manner to ensure these requests are resolved and followed up as appropriate, escalating when required.
  • Being the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
  • Achieving personal and business goals in alignment with our customer service KPI’s.

The experience required…

As a successful Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following:

  • Excellent communicator at all levels; in person, in writing and over the telephone.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
  • Fluent English and Swedish.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules in order to cover customer business hours. Some positions may require an early shift pattern. Woking 4:30 am to 1:00pm Sunday to Friday.
  • Great attention to detail when multi-tasking.
  • Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Have a strong passion for delivering great customer service.

Salary: £30,000
Location: – Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours – 37.5 Monday – Friday
