Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Scheduling Executive based in Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of the Scheduling Executive role…

Salary: £24,888 per annum
Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, 2 days in the office 3 days at home.

The role…

As the Scheduling Executive your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Have a good level of understanding on how Retain, Pentana and the Web UI works and how the systems generate visits.
  • Propose, schedule, reschedule and cancel reviews as required ensuring individual and departmental review targets are met.
  • Manage enquiries from firms and internal staff relating to reviews.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure data held on central databases is correct and consistent with all relevant databases. 
  • Schedule reviews in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Work closely with the Scheduling Team to ensure the Scheduling targets are met and a review of the Retain wallchart and reservations has taken place after the automated scheduling job has run. 
  • Create reports using Pentana and Retain to present the weekly/monthly KPI data for QAD (Quality Assurance Team) Management or to present an analysis of specific data as required.
  • Report writing. 
  • Review the Visit Scheduling Procedure Manual. 

The experience required…

As a successful Scheduling Executive, you will have the following:

  • Computer Literate including Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, Team. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong report writing skills. 
  • Experience working on Key Performance Indicators or Service Level Agreements.
