We are pleased to be working with our client who is seeking a Receptionist based in Luton on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a long-established and highly regarded solicitors firm with offices across Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist
- Answer incoming calls and welcome visitors to the office
- Organise and prepare meeting rooms
- Archiving files and deeds
- Update databases
- Banking duties and processing credit/debit card payments
- Photocopying, printing, scanning and other general administrative duties
Requirements for a successful Receptionist
- Previous Reception experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £23,000 – £24,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:15pm
