Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Project Manager – Events & Marketing based in Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of the Project Manager – Events & Marketing role…

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes, 3 days office based
Type of Contract: 9 to 12 month fixed term contract, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hour working week with some out-of-hours working required. 

The role…

As the Project Manager – Events & Marketing your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the company’s led and 3rd party events.
  • Management of 3rd party physical and online event experiences.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and work with the wider team on internal communications and external promotional materials.
  • Develop and manage the internal and external communications approach.
  • Lead the full life-cycle of event project tasks including initial creative proposal solutions, budgets and timelines. 
  • Data management and monitoring of event data on Excel.
  • Deliver the right technical demos, assets and trade shows.

The experience required…

As a successful Project Manager – Events & Marketing you will have the following:

  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience leading and project managing multiple events, projects and activities at the same time.
  • Excellent Excel skills with experience managing lots of data and spreadsheets.
  • Highly organised.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with stakeholders.
  • Proven knowledge of strategies, tools and technologies that enhance engagement and interaction with audiences.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Ability to interpret financial data.
