Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
The role…
As the Part Time Sales Progressor your role will involve the following important duties:
- Coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers.
- operating and updating the database.
- Creation and upkeep of Sales Management Spreadsheet.
- Creation and upkeep of the Sales Progression Spreadsheet.
The experience required…
As a successful Part Time Sales Progressor you will have the following:
- Excellent customer service and administration skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients, the team and solicitors.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in using Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly organised.
