We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales role
Salary: £38,000 – £43,500
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales
- Reviewing title, searches and supporting documents
- Raising and replying to enquiries
- Preparing contract documentation
- Preparing reports on Titles and Searches and mortgage reports
- Dealing with exchange of contracts, completions and ancillary documents
- Day to day correspondence with clients and lawyers
- Identify and obtain quotes for indemnity policies
Requirements for a successful Paralegal – Residential Conveyancing & Plot Sales
- Experience in Residential property with good knowledge of the conveyancing procedure and CQS scheme
- IT and online systems skills
- Excellent interpersonal and marketing skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
