As the Operations Controller, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Keep the system up to date.
- Chase repairs and get updates on progress.
- Keep clients updated on their repairs.
- Manage inbound and outbound queries.

As a successful Operations Controller, you will have the following:
- Previous admin and data entry experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
