We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a temporary basis.

Summary of the Office Administrator role 

Salary: £14 per hour
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Temporary  
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Match POs to invoices.
  • Answer queries and telephone matters.
  • Manage Goods Received Notes.
  • General office admin duties.

Requirements for a successful Office Administrator

  • Previous office admin experience.
  • Professional and polite telephone manner.
  • Invoicing experience. 
  • Strong IT skills.
