Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. With weekend working and on-call rota duties.
The role…
As the Multi-Skilled Trades Person your role will involve the following important duties:
- Painting and decorating properties both internally and externally.
- Basic plumbing includes fixing leaking taps, guttering and downpipes.
- Groundwork includes fixing and fitting fence panels, loose slabs and filling potholes.
- Changing door handles, skirting, and curtain tracks.
- Plastering, tiling and roofing.
- Candidates will also be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.
The experience required…
As a successful Multi-Skilled Trades Person, you will have the following:
- Previous experience within a similar environment is essential.
- Good communication skills and customer focussed.
- Flexible.
- Knowledge of working practices and procedures, especially Health and Safety.
- Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
