The role…
As the Machine Preparation Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Maintains inventory details of machines and sales items.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Actions all required elements for invoicing.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and sales managers to ensure the items are prepared, received and invoiced on time.
- Details warranty and service agreements.
- Arrange for retrofits.
- Review and arrange machine demonstrations.
The experience required…
As a successful Machine Preparation Coordinator, you will have the following:
- Previous administration experience in a similar role.
- Experience with raising invoices and purchase orders.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
