Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator based in Watford for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of the Learning & Development Coordinator role…

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Watford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

The role…

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Ensure cost-effective courses are available.
  • Learn and understand CPD and specialisms within the Accountancy field to provide relevant courses.
  • Review online mandatory training assessments.
  • Coordinate study dates on the spreadsheet.
  • Attend University and schools to talk to students/parents and teachers.
  • Coordinate in-house training.
  • Arrange and book meetings, and training courses. 

The experience required…

As a successful Learning & Development Coordinator you will have the following:

  • Previous experience within a Learning and Development role.
  • Demonstrable technical accounting knowledge.
  • Ability to learn specialisms within the Accountancy field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong IT skills.
