- Provide reporting as required
- Dealing with varied correspondence and telephone enquiries

- Telephone enquiries
- Knowledge of HR principles
- CIPD Qualification
- Ability to work at pace and to deadlines
- Accurately interpret information
- Proficient in spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Experience in the field of Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills
