We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a 9 month fixed term contract basis.
Summary of the Client Success Manager role
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: 9 month fixed term
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Client Success Manager
- Be the strategic account owner for a portfolio of university clients
- Collaborate with university stakeholders
- Proactively manage brand reputation
- Conduct on-site visits and meetings
- Lead onboarding process for new university clients
- Ascertain and document all event requirements for graduation ceremonies
- Collaborate with internal departments
- National travel to university client sites
Requirements for a successful Client Success Manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
- Experience in a Client/Account Management, Business Development or Relationship Management role
- Experience managing complex contracts
