Summary of the Client Administrator role…

Salary: £21,500 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote. 
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 37.5 hours working week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

The role…

As the Client Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Support the Account Managers and Publishers.
  • Ensure the timely integration of new content ingestion.
  • Answer multichannel publisher queries including phone, email and instant messenger.
  • Use a ticketing system to prioritise and respond to customer queries.
  • Advise publishers and ensure their requirements are recorded and actioned accurately.
  • Implement targeted promotions, aimed at generating additional content ingestion and drive volume.
  • Execute existing orders and advise Clients appropriately on the range of products and services the company offers.
  • Build rapport with your accounts, and provide support to customers and internal Account Managers who use the online ordering and publishing system.
  • General administration support to the team.

The experience required…

As a successful Client Administrator you will have the following:

  • Previous B2B account management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role. 
  • Possess outstanding customer service and administration expertise with great attention to detail. 
  • PC literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and must be able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy. 

The role is both demanding and deadline focused, therefore you will need to be a self-starter, a strong team player who can prioritise your own workload and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
