Call Centre Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Manager based in Dudley for one of our clients on a full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Call Centre Manager role 

Salary: £28,000 
Location: Dudley 
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 

Responsibilities of the Call Centre Manager

  • Answer incoming call from customers to all depot numbers
  • Responding to emails and requests from customers
  • Send customer acknowledgement emails
  • Chasing up enquiries
  • Recording details in calendar and ensure is kept up to date
  • Send weekly reports of equipment hire

Requirements for a successful Call Centre Manager  

  • Experience of working within the tool or plant hire industry
  • Experience of working within a call centre or trade counter.
  • Experience of handing enquiries.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills
