We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Manager based in Dudley for one of our clients on a full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Call Centre Manager role
Salary: £28,000
Location: Dudley
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities of the Call Centre Manager
- Answer incoming call from customers to all depot numbers
- Responding to emails and requests from customers
- Send customer acknowledgement emails
- Chasing up enquiries
- Recording details in calendar and ensure is kept up to date
- Send weekly reports of equipment hire
Requirements for a successful Call Centre Manager
- Experience of working within the tool or plant hire industry
- Experience of working within a call centre or trade counter.
- Experience of handing enquiries.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills
